आज अंतरराष्ट्रीय श्रमिक दिवस के अवसर पर डॉ. अभिषेक वर्मा, शिवसेना (NDA) गठबंधन एवं चुनाव के मुख्य राष्ट्रीय समन्वयक, ने नई दिल्ली में डी.टी.सी. कर्मचारी एकता यूनियन (रजि.), संबद्ध शिवसेना, द्वारा डी.टी.सी. कॉन्ट्रैक्ट कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों एवं मांगों को लेकर आयोजित शक्ति प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में भाग लिया।
डॉ. अभिषेक वर्मा जी ने स्पष्ट कहा कि डी.टी.सी. कर्मचारियों के अधिकारों की लड़ाई को पूरी मजबूती और प्रतिबद्धता के साथ आगे बढ़ाया जाएगा। उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि कर्मचारियों की प्रमुख मांगों को शीघ्र पूरा कराने हेतु शिवसेना दिल्ली के प्रशासनिक नेतृत्व के साथ प्रभावी संवाद करेगी।
उन्होंने कर्मचारियों के लिए बेहतर सामाजिक सुरक्षा, पेंशन व्यवस्था, भत्ते, सम्मानजनक वेतन, स्थायी नौकरी, अवकाश तथा अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं की आवश्यकता पर विशेष जोर दिया।
श्री संदीप चौधरी, दिल्ली शिवसेना प्रमुख, एवं अन्य पदाधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में हजारों डी.टी.सी. कर्मचारियों ने डॉ. वर्मा को उनके संघर्ष में साथ देने और कर्मचारियों की आवाज को मजबूती देने के लिए धन्यवाद दिया।
On the occasion of International Workers’ Day, Dr. Abhishek Verma, Chief National Coordinator, ShivSena (NDA) Alliance and Elections, attended the mass mobilisation programme in New Delhi as the Chief Guest. The programme was organized by the D.T.C. Karamchari Ekta Union (Regd.), affiliated with ShivSena, in support of the rights and demands of DTC contract employees.
Dr. Abhishek Verma clearly stated that the fight for the rights of DTC employees will be taken forward with full strength and commitment. He assured that ShivSena Delhi will engage with the administrative leadership to ensure that the key demands of the employees are addressed at the earliest.
He also emphasized the need for better social security for workers, including pension benefits, allowances, dignified wages, permanent employment, leave entitlements, and all essential facilities.
In the presence of Shri Sandeep Choudhary, Delhi ShivSena Chief, and other office bearers, thousands of DTC employees thanked Dr. Verma for standing with them in their struggle and for strengthening the voice of the workers.
